What's everyone playing?

On the psp I've been hooked on Medievil though I can't get past level one. And the new Pirates of the Caribbean game.

Watched folks play Cadwallon last night - they were speaking french which I found very funny. (Cadwallon, Rachams rpg game I think...)

I have less and less time to play games these days it seems, but when I can:

Guitar Hero on PS2
Lumines on PSP

Lumines is fun though I miss regular tetris.

I'm dying to own a ds light just for Super Mario bros.

Yes, I may have to get a ds lite at some point. Possibly whilst in Australia.

I haven't played games for three weeks becuase I'm on holiday in New York. Leaving now though... :D

I want a DS for DS WARS. Man that game is so much fun.

My monitor is just a tad dimmer than it should be, but it prevents me from playing any of the games that I want to play.

I've been playing the Dead Rising demo like mad. And Rockstar Table Tennis is way more fun then it should be.

I hate you Youri I hate you and your Zombie game Playing Self. I'm am seriously considereing Buying an Xbox 360 for just this Game. God Damn it all.

It's a lot of fun. Haven't played the actual game yet, but i hear about some weird stuff. Like only one save in the entire game.

...There needs to be a SOAP game...

I’m now the proud owner of a Nintendo ds lite and New super Mario bros.

The touch screen seems silly but whatever, its lots of fun. And Mario is great, much like the original but updated with a few extras. I’m currently stuck on world 3 level something but I’m enjoying it.

Next I will own tetris.

I may have to get me one of these when in Oz. What colour did you get, white or black? Should I ask?  :P

I'd want New Super mario Bros, Mario Kart and possibly that Brain Training game to stop me becoming even more stupid.

Um yeah, I went with the black version (like that’s a surprise).

They are fun, I was hoping for some sort of note storage on it as well but no. I’ve not downloaded anything yet but it picks up a wireless signal really well.

One annoyance – it makes you click past a health and safety thing every time you turn it on.

I’ll be trying to keep my game buying down till we’re back in the US so I can buy the games cheap.

I will probably get a Wii for Christmas as well (if I've been a good boy).

And I will need to own Guitar Hero 2 for PS2 when that comes out.

I have too many consoles.

We aren’t doing too bad but Mark likes to remind me that the PSP and the DS are both mine whereas he just owns a PS2.

Mind you he owns more games than I do for the PSP.

Saint's Row. Loads of fun. GTA still has the upper hand though, mostly due to them having helicopters, planes, bikes and SR only cars.

Abysmal hand/eye co-ordination, mainly. Plus, those things are expensive.

Plus, my DS is hanging on by one hinge, so I think a DS Lite is on the cards very soon!

I am also the proud owner of a Wii. It's a thing of beauty but makes my arms ache. I need to get into training.

Sabrina got me a Capcom Classics for the PSP so I'm reliving 1942/3, Commando and Gunsmoke.

Cool. I got the other classic one that has Gauntlet and Mortal Combat on it for PSP.

There's another one with Strider on it.

If one comes out with Turrican on it I may be in heaven.

Strider. Wow, I haven't played that since it was out on the Amiga.

Well I was playing 1942 and my thoughts were that the screen was too small as I used to play it on a big tv so that I had the ability to see the bullets better to avoid them.  The truth is I'm old and not fast enough any more.

Strider, Turrican and Attic Attack are the three games I'd like to get.

What in gods name is an Amiga? Is it like an atari?

I'm still smitten with my tetris game for the DS.

Though the thing weighs quite a bit and it hurts my wrists after a while.

No Amigas were computers unlike Ataris.

But basically all we used them for was playing games.

Yep Commodore 64 and Spectrums were the same.

Yes, the Commodore Amiga was the same as the Atari ST, but all the cool people had an Amiga (which means I didn't, I got a SNES instead).

Sweet god, the Wii has an online store. I am very close to downloading MarioKart 64 for about £7.

I do actually own the original somewhere, this is how bonkers I am.

Already downloaded Mariokart 64 and it is still the best. I've found that my non-official Gamecube controllers don't work though, so no 4-player fun yet like the old days. I hope they release Dune 2: Battle For Arakkis - one of my all-time faves on the Megadrive/Genesis.

I was playing Wii tennis for about two hours last night and I think I've got whiplash.

What is your best bowling score? I'm on 258. In real life I can barely get 150.

I'm not great at bowling, I think my best is about 185.

I have now downloaded MarioKart 64. Ocarina of Time may follow, but I should really play the new one Twilight Princess.

Have you got any Miis? We can swap if you want, I'll dig my wii code out.

Twilight Princess is stunning, even though it isn't the prettiest game. You must have a go at Warioware - it's the funniest thing you'll ever do in front of your telly!

Man I remember Breaking my copy of that. Stupid stupid Game.

Since that post I have added a DS Lite and an XBOX360. The cabinet under my TV has now reached critical mass - it can hold no more!

I live in fear that my TV area will burst into flames at any moment, there are so many cables back there.

My most recent purchase was Pikmin 2, which I forgot to pick up for GC when it came out.
