  • Aidanis a native of the west of Ireland. Born in 1984, he has been reading comicbooks some would say for far too long and has been around Millarworld since it’s early X-Fan days.

    He can currently be found wandering the streets of Galway and bluffling his way through a degree in Computing and Software Development

    BrianBrian Wilkinson is a Canadian journalist based in Toronto, Ontario. His work has been featured in the Toronto Star, the Toronto Sun, eye Weekly and Kidscreen magazine, among others. In the comics world,Brian is best known for his role as the co-publisher of the long-standing comic news site, Comixfan.com. He aspires to be more than he is while never losing sight of who he was.

  • Bruno Batista, 25 years old, lives near Lisbon, in Portugal, on the sunny west coast of Europe.

    He works in a manga shop and gives a hand on the comics one, so sometimes he knows what he’s talking about

  • Casey Cosker lives, reads, writes, and occasionally studies at Pratt Institute in New York City. He spends his free time and money buying comic books and novels he can’t afford. He has been a self-proclaimed geek for several months now, and has no intention of changing his ways. He also has a hat.

  • Dave HendrickHaving misread the Batman origin story he now believes that minimalists are a cowardly and superstitious lot. When he’s not punishing furniture designers and German techno bands he’s busy marketing other media to the world, publishing comics and generally drinking.

  • Derek Glennon, born 26th of january 1983. i do not work tho i am employed by a bank to sit around and smell funny in their investigations department. i got into computer games when i was about 5 and comics around the same time. my thoughts are as random as my interests and i live in a small cave in dublin where spend my time listening to loud music and develop carpal tunnel syndrome from typing too much.
  • Dustin Chadwell currently resides in Ohio, USA. He’s been playing video games since the Atari 2600, and believes he can whoop anyone’s ass in Joust, and Galaga. Probably not Halo 2 though. New technology tends to confuse him.
  • Francis Davis a career drunk with a love of comics and movies, lives in and works for the City of Chicago. Confidentiality agreements prevent him from saying exactly what he does, but it is important.
  • James

  • James Dodsworth -Born and raised in Yorkshire, residing in London since 2000, James has a Law Degree and works for the Fraud Prevention Office of a high-street UK Bank, where he has experience in combatting financial crime and working with the police and legal institutions. He is a writer and editor for FractalMatter

    But his main claim to fame is living next to the pub where Shaun of the Dead was conceived.

  • John Davidson is in his early forties and has worked in IT for the last 20 years. He is married, has two young daughters and lives in Scotland. Ideally he spends his spare time reading and watching movies, but this is curtailed by the calls of child-rearing and part-time study for a B.A. at the Open University. He started collecting comics in the early 80s and has a pretty decent, if mainstream, collection and this leads him to spend far too much time reading and writing nothing in particular on the Millarworld message boards.

  • John Hendrick was born in Dublin in 1981. He first got into Comic Books by stealing them from his 2 older brothers. After starting to work in various comic book stores from the age of 13 he soon realized that this was all he was good at and set up his own comic book store. The 3rd Place opened on the 4th of December 2001 and thankfully has not gone bankrupt yet.

  • John MosbyAfter coming runner-up in the Jackanory Writing Competition, John Mosby eventually became a freelance entertainment journalist and has spent the last fifteen years or more discovering his and others’ delusions of adequacy. He’s written three books including two official tie-ins: X-Men: The Essential Guide and The Making of Barb Wire and has eMCeed conventions in Los Angeles and Sydney.   • Mario Di Giacomo Has been reading comics since 1975 and has maintained a presence online since 1987. A life-long Rhode Island native, he spends his time creating software for the Department of Defense, despite the fact that he actually has an MS in Mathematics. His mind is aglow with whirling, transient nodes of thought, careening thru a cosmic vapor of invention.

  • Mark Peyton – has a MA in History and Research from the University of Hull specialising in the Hundred Years War. In a complete departure from that he now runs communications and membership for a UK based Trade Union as well as being a part time writer/journalist.

    He is a founding member of Millarworld acting as a moderator and as an editor for FractalMatter.

  • Mark HallAn Irish barman with a knack for not getting beat up. He digs giant robots, little Robots and any other mecha. He’s not sure why most things that occur around him do but is more than happy to let them as long as he can be amused. One day he will get that Giant Death Robot then look out London.

    Raised in Ridgecrest, a small town outside of Death Valley; an experience which taught her the true meaning of horror. Working in Construction Management, she presently resides in El Sobrante, the last San Francisco Bay Area bastion of Harley Davidsons and pick-up trucks, with her two cats, a library that would shame any small town, and an ever-growing movie collection.

  • Matt Kamen is a freelance writer for a number of magazines in the UK
    who probably spends more time and money on assorted geekery than is advisable, healthy or financially sustainable. On the plus side he sometimes even gets paid to watch anime and play video games, so it’s
    not all bad.

  • Mike Farquharhas made it as far as Glasgow from the North of Scotland, picking up degrees in Psychology and Medicine from the University of Edinburgh along the way. Mike is a Millarworld moderator and editor for FractalMatter, moonlighting as a paediatrician in his spare time.

  • ”Sugar” Royal Burnell Is a barman by day and writer by night in the sleepy little city-town of Bay City, MI. If you can’t find him in the town’s multitude of bars drinking it up and arguing about how Phil Spector was such an idiot in the field of music, you’ll possibly see him in the Library or home, reviewing and studying the vast expanse of popular culture. His influences range from Umberto Eco to Tony Wilson to even Genki Sudo. Royal hopes that one day, he will be the figurehead of a cultural revolution, possibly in the field of sandwich artistry.

    Russell Hillman

  • Russell Hillman was born in London but now lives in Coventry. His hobbies include precious little. He doesn’t get out much, but thinks reading a lot of comics makes up for it. He’s wrong.

  • Russ Sheath is 31 and lives and works in Devon, in the UK.
    Currently studying for a post graduate teaching qualification, Russ has worked as a manager in comics’ retail and spent time defending his nation as a member of the regular and reserve armed forces.

  • Sabrina Peyton - Newly migrated to the UK to be with her husband. After working for Diamond Comics for a short time she ended up immersed in a few comic book forums and ended up moderating two of the largest, the Warren Ellis Forum (WEF) and Mark Millar’s forum Millarworld).

    She’s written for Sequential Tart, The Vampirella Magazine, and is Editor and Chief of The.Magazine.
